I save money by having them come to my house, so I don't have to leave work, and my dogs love their walks. It will save me money when I go on a trip to have them come to my house and walk my dogs rather than kenneling them up. And they get more exercise, and get to stay at their own house. Critter Sitters is the best pet sitting service! They are always reliable, and our dog is happy and content when we arrive home, so he obviously receives lots of attention and loving care while we are gone. They are the BEST!!! We have used them several times for our older dog. They give him EXCELLENT care!
I called Critter Sitters for the first time, in May, when a "friend" opted out of caring for our two dogs at the last minute. We were heading to MN to our daughter's college graduation. One dog is an Irish Setter and the other is a 12 year old mixed breed. These dogs have never been left alone with anyone outside the family. We returned from our trip to 2 very happy and content "kids". I loved the diaries that were kept and the fact that extra attention was paid to the older dog, because she was lonely. The Setter is a show dog and also my best friend, but was happy, healthy and showed no signs of stress upon our return. A kennel would have had a negative outcome for both of these dogs, I'm afraid. We will definitely use Critter Sitters again!! It gave us peace of mind knowing the dogs were well taken care of.
